Prohibited Use: You may not use Fluide for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.

Disclaimer: Fluide provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability: Fluide's liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months prior to any claim.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Douala, Cameroon.
